"THE RESPONDENT" Book Review

My buddy and often co-host, Andy (Garbage_mane on twitter) and I are going through the book by Greg Ellis (his real name is Jonathan Rees, but he’s identified as Greg Ellis as an actor since he was 16 years old) giving his graphic and horrifying portrayal of his struggle in the California Family Law system. This post will be the one “go to” source for our materials and shows. I will update the post as we go along with the latest show at the top. Details about the book and filings will be below.

Andy has been through the court system in a different state acquiring custody of his daughter and I have gone through a divorce and custody in CA. However, I’ve never had to litigate my divorce or custody but I am a family law attorney in CA.
